ApplyBrief

Paste a job. Get a page candidates actually finish.

ApplyBrief writes, designs, and brands a 60-second apply page with no CV and no login, so the candidates you actually want make it through.

See what happens to your next 100 clicks

100 candidates click your job ad. Watch how many you lose before one finishes.

100 candidates click a job ad. Thirty leave at the ad: a wall of text with no salary. Thirty more give up on the hoops: apply on the company site, make an account, upload a CV. By “Question 19 of 47,” even the hire you want gives up; 92 of the 100 you paid for are gone, and the form kept whoever could outlast it, not the best person. On an AI-generated ApplyBrief page, one question at a time, no CV, no account, about three times as many finish, including the candidates with options. After they apply, your agent screens, schedules, and reminds in one thread, and surfaces a candidate brief, so you just show up to the interview.

Real pages, live right now

The page you just scrolled past is live. So are these.

Pay up front. The work described plainly. A 60-second apply with no CV. Open one on your phone. That’s the whole pitch.

How it works

Paste a job. That’s the whole project.

01 · You

Paste the job

Your job post, or a link to it. No brief, no designer, no dev ticket, no setup call.

02 · Minutes later

You get the page

Written, designed, branded to the job, with a 60-second apply. Check it, then share the link anywhere you already post.

03 · From then on

Finished applicants arrive

Straight to your inbox, a webhook, or your ATS. Each one is texted instantly and able to book their own interview.

Under the hood

ApplyBrief thinks like a strategist, then designs.

Paste a job and ApplyBrief doesn’t fill a template. It works the way your best marketer would. Here’s what that looked like on one real role.

ApplyBrief finds the silent question

For one senior architecture role, it spotted the fear nobody writes down, a big title with no real authority, and opened the page with five named decision rights instead of a list of duties. The right candidate reads the first line and thinks: they get it.

Concepts compete

Several page strategies are drafted and scored against your candidate: the lead answer, the tone, the proof. Only the winner ships.

Questions with judgment

No CV, so the questions do the screening. Built per role, including ones like this:

One tap. More signal than a page of buzzwords.

Designed per job

Type, color, layout and artwork are chosen for the role and its industry. A care home doesn’t get a startup’s page. No two pages look alike.

ApplyBrief shows its work

Every page ships with the why behind each decision: which fear it answers, which fact backs it. Readable in your dashboard, next to the live preview.

Where your money goes

See which sources actually send hires, not clicks.

Every applicant is tracked first-party, from first click to hire, so cost-per-click stops being the number you optimize. Spend where it pays. Drop what doesn’t.

SourcesClickApplyFinishHire

Cost per qualified applicant

Not cost per click. The number that actually decides where your budget goes.

First click to hire

One unbroken, first-party line per candidate. No paywalled board reports, no last-touch guesswork.

Honest labels

Every number is marked tracked or estimated. We never fake a metric to look smart.

The honest bit

Yes, it’s AI. No, ApplyBrief won’t make things up.

Every page is built for one number: how many candidates finish. Each claim is checked against your posting. If your post doesn’t name a salary, the page won’t invent one. No “competitive pay”. No “limited spots”. No stock photos. And the direction isn’t vibes: peer-reviewed economics finds that when applying gets easier, the quality of who applies goes up.

Do candidates really apply with no CV?

Yes. They answer a few quick questions in about a minute. You get clear answers to the things you actually care about, instead of a pile of PDFs to decode.

Will I get flooded with junk?

No. The page is honest about the job, so wrong-fit candidates drop out on their own, and screening separates real signal from noise before you ever read a name.

Does it work with my ATS?

Yes. Applicants go straight to your inbox, a webhook, or your ATS. There’s nothing to migrate and nothing for IT to approve.

Can I leave whenever?

Any time, by yourself, no call required. Your data is yours to export and take with you.

Security & compliance

PII encrypted. GDPR compliant. Built for buyers who ask hard questions.

When procurement and legal review a new vendor, this is the answer sheet: for enterprises, and for the agencies who answer to their own clients.

Candidate PII, encrypted.

Every candidate’s contact details are encrypted at rest, with access locked down and monitored.

GDPR & UK GDPR compliant.

A published DPA, Standard Contractual Clauses for EU/UK transfers, and full data-subject rights: access, export, delete.

You’re the controller. We’re the processor.

Your candidate data is yours. We process it under your instructions and the DPA. Never sold, never pooled across companies.

Humans decide. Always.

ApplyBrief never scores, ranks, or auto-rejects a candidate; every hiring decision is yours. And we’re built to meet NYC Local Law 144 and the EU AI Act if that ever changes.

Every sub-processor, named.

Hosted on Google Cloud (US), each sub-processor listed with its region and purpose, 30 days’ notice before any change, and breach notification without delay.

CCPA, accessibility, SMS consent: covered.

We honor Global Privacy Control, target WCAG 2.1 AA, and SMS is opt-in only, never required to apply.

Don’t take our word for it. The DPA, the full sub-processor list, and every policy are public. Read them before you ever sign.

Built for

Built for the way you hire.

High-volume & hourly

Most of your applicants are on a phone, on a break. Pages sized for thumbs, SMS-native follow-up, review built for fifty applications at a time.

Staffing agencies

A branded page for every client, separate shortlists per client, and source-quality numbers you can actually show them.

Small business

Paste a job, get a live link today. No IT, no migration, nothing to learn.

Pricing

Unlimited hiring, one flat price

$49/month for the whole platform: unlimited seats, jobs, and candidates. AI job-page generation runs on a monthly credit allowance, with top-ups whenever you need more. Cancel anytime.

Billing & renewal. The monthly plan renews automatically each month, and automatic top-up (if you turn it on) charges your payment method when your credit balance falls below the threshold you set, until you cancel or disable it. You can cancel the plan or turn off auto top-up at any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service.
