The role
You run the whole club
This is a broad management job. You own the club's performance, its people and its standards, day in and day out.
- Drive club performance. Set action plans, watch the detail, keep it safe and legal.
- Manage the numbers. Budgets, financial reporting and inventory.
- Build and coach your team. Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches and an Assistant Gym Manager.
- Raise the member experience. Hold service and standards high, every day.
- Grow group exercise. Run and improve the class timetable.
You'll report into a Cluster Manager and team up with nearby Gym Managers to lift the whole area.
The group exercise studio is yours to run and improve.
