The role

You run the whole club

This is a broad management job. You own the club's performance, its people and its standards, day in and day out.

  • Drive club performance. Set action plans, watch the detail, keep it safe and legal.
  • Manage the numbers. Budgets, financial reporting and inventory.
  • Build and coach your team. Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches and an Assistant Gym Manager.
  • Raise the member experience. Hold service and standards high, every day.
  • Grow group exercise. Run and improve the class timetable.

You'll report into a Cluster Manager and team up with nearby Gym Managers to lift the whole area.
